I'm keeping a food journal to see if I'm eating right. It's interesting to see how many little things just add up. Note to self. Cut bagels in half from now on, until I start running regularly again. Those things are killers!

Negatives are hard.. as in what not to eat.
We think it helps to focus on eating food that contributes to good health.
