Check out the temperatures in NYC. Sure it doesn't look that bad compared to a lot of places, but it's gonna be one hot and sticky concrete jungle this week. Tack on another 10-15 degrees and that'll be pretty much how the streets will feel. I'll get red even with sunblock.
Humidity is my weakness when it comes to running. I need to find a swimming pool or buy bike sometime real soon. Something tells me this is only the beginning of it.
