No, I didn't run this week. But I did spend 5 hours at the beach (and about 1/4 of it swimming). It should count for strength training, no? hhehehee...

Wow - the beach! I am envious. I am traveling to Maine for a wedding this weekend - and I hear that the hotel is on a beach. Yay!
