- I stuck with a workout program for longer than 2 weeks. (Currently on Week 7 of P90x)
- I lost somewhere in the vicinity of 20-22lbs since winter
- I can do a regular pull up from standing
- I can do a wide arm pull up from standing
- I can do 20 regular push ups without stopping
