Day 1 P90x

I finally got my workout DVDs this weekend and decided to get going. Of course, after all the reading I did about how it's a very extreme workout, and all the advice I received about it (thanks Susan!), I knew I would have to be careful about doing too much too fast. So I popped in one of the DVDs that worked on core muscles to gauge what it's going to be like. The hour went by fast, and I broke a sweat not long after getting into it. I think as long as I modify it enough to preserve my knees, I should be okay. My abs are still burning as I type!
