Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been inundated by stuff needed to get done. Yesterday Chris and I handed in the board package for our coop interview, so it's a relief on our end. It's been so stressful dealing with our mortgage broker who didn't understand our need to get things done as soon as possible. He was going to take another week to get the paper work into us (we filled out all our stuff at the end of March!), which would've meant we missed the June interview date deadline, making the earliest possible date of our moving in July. Our lawyer said just document the entire process because if the board has issues with the financial portion of the application, we can defer to that since we tried our best to get everything done on time.

Anyway, training officially started for the MCM, but because I've been so busy (I know, what a cop out), I haven't really run. Tuesday I have the Wall Street 5K, and will try to get a long run in this Saturday. Sunday I have a craft fair to sell at. We're right in the thick of wedding season and I'm getting hit with a lot of huge orders, and a lot of last minute orders. The week after is a friend's wedding, and then the week after that a huge 2-day fair. So as you can see, running hasn't been at the top of my list even though I think about running every day. (I just can't seem to get away.) Today I need to head into Newark (2 hour commute one way) to get stuff done for the real job, then head back in as soon as possible to get some orders out.

So that's really been it. I've been stuck on the computer getting inquiries answered, getting surveys sent out at work, designing and printing orders, and just stuck. I just need to get to June 10 (our closing date) without incident!

You'll be fine - you've got plenty of time to get ready. Sometimes work and life take over - as long as you put running back you'll be fine!

Hang in there! Sometimes the real world intrudes.
