I completed my first half-marathon ever!

Considering I only really started to train this month, I just wanted to finish, and I did! I didn't think I'd be able to run almost non-stop. That's the part that amazes me the most. Finishing under 3 hours was just icing on the cake.

I knew I'd be one of the slowest runners at the race, as this was a popular pro's event. But who cares, it's still 13.1 miles! (We're talking the distance from one end of Manhattan to the other via Broadway!)

Anyway, I'll be the first to admit... I am hurting now! hahahaha.

Congrats on the half-marathon! I didn't see which marathon you are training for but I'm assuming NY?

For not running that distance before you did great. KEEP GOING!
